15+ Favorite Ways to Make Your KetoFUEL Shake

We all have different taste buds, and maybe it’s just time for some variety to spice things up with your KetoFuel!

This post contains many of our BulaFIT Warriors favorite ways to make their KetoFuel.

1. Coffee: See Owen McKibbin’s KetoFuel Coffee HERE. You can make this as hot coffee or iced coffee.

2. Ice Cream: Scroll through the KetoFuel Recipes page to see all of the icecream recipes we have HERE.

3. With Ice: Some like it hot, and some like it cold! Add ice cubes to your desired level of coldness and make in your Bula Bobble Insulate to keep it cold!

4. As a milkshake with almond, coconut, or cashew milk!: Make with your choice of Almond, coconut, or cashew milk and then freeze to desired consistency. If you don’t like it frozen, but like almond, coconut, or cashew milk just mix the KetoFuel with one of these milks and add ice cubes or not based on your preference.

5. Make it chocolate: Use either an unsweetened cocoa powder (Use about 1 tbsp. or adjust to your liking. Read your labels as some brands have a lot of carbs while others have 0!) or Lilly’s Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips.

6. Powdered Peanut Butter or Almond Butter: Many people love adding the PB2 brand of powdered peanut butter to the KetoFuel or even almond butter – usually about 1 tbsp but adjust to your liking.

7. Add extra cinnamon.

8. Heavy whipping cream, MCT Oil or Coconut Oil: By adding heavy whipping cream you not only increase the healthy fat content of the KetoFuel but you also are increasing the creamy sensation and how long you will stay full! A high quality MCT Oil or Coconut Oil will up the fat and keep you full longer.

9. Lemon Meringue, Orange, or Peppermint: Add a bit of lemon juice or 1-2 drops of Wakaya Lemon Essential Oil and heavy whipping cream. You can do the same thing but substitute 1-2 drops of Wakaya’s Orange or Peppermint Essential Oil.

10. Blend in an avocado for a rich, creamy, higher fat shake.

11. Go light on fruit: You can add a few strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries to the KetoFUEL but go light on these especially in the beginning. You may find that you want to save the fruit for special occasions or until you are much more keto adapted and closer to your fat loss goal.

12. Greens: Blend in keto friendly greens like celery or kale or spinach.

13. Hot Chocolate: Use unsweetened cocoa powder, water, heavy whipping cream, butter and cinnamon to taste!

14. Make it into breakfast, dessert or snack: Maybe you just don’t want to drink it as a shake. Make it as pancakes, waffles (or pumpkin waffles!), strawberry shortcake, baked French toast, keto cake, crepes, or even ice cream! Scroll through the KetoFuel Recipes page to see all of the “solid food” recipes we have HERE.

15. Coconut Key Lime: Use the recipe HERE.

Bonus: Make a yummy combination! Combine almond, coconut, or cashew milk with the keto chocolate of your choice or skip the chocolate and add any combination of the 15+ ideas above such as cinnamon, heavy whipping cream, MCT Oil, coconut oil, almond butter or peanut butter, some greens, a few strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries, etc.
