Who knew that you could have Strawberry Shortcake while on Keto? You can! Professional Chef Naibi Graham from Tokyo, Japan created this delicious, so easy to make cake base and Keto Chef Jennifer Winder turned it into shortcake by adding a few strawberries and heavy whipping cream or even her Vanilla Keto Ice Cream!
Jennifer says, “Multiply this recipe x 8. If you do, it fits & bakes perfectly on a baking sheet with sides (make sure you use parchment paper. I bake it at 350. You can get 24 single slice servings or 12 doubles😀😀😀. The only problem is getting the “non-ketoers” to stick to their desserts. Thank you Naibi for this amazing, easy recipe!!”
Please note:
This recipe = 1 Full Serving of KetoFUEL Shake.
If you multiply it by 8, that equals 8 Full KetoFuel Servings.
If you cut the recipe into 24 pieces, 3 pieces would equal 1 Full Keto Fuel Shake.
